“I loved Emilie’s style on Instagram so when we bought our house, I knew I wanted her help to decorate. We started with a blank canvas for the downstairs and didn’t need to keep any furniture (although this is never a problem for Emilie and the team, they will incorporate existing pieces into their designs). Straightaway Emilie saved us a fortune by suggesting that we recover our old sofa instead of buying new. This proved to be a perfect idea and we are incredibly happy with our ‘new’ sofa that only cost a fraction of the price. Working with Emilie was incredibly easy. After an initial face-to-face meeting, designs are sent over on an online platform that makes it very easy to give feedback and say what works for you and what doesn’t. The beauty of the system means that when everything is finalised, you can simply click on the item to order it. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, everything is saved online and you can access from anywhere using any device.

I loved working with the Stella & the Stars team so much I hired them again when we started to decorate our master bedroom. Emilie came up with colour combinations I hadn’t thought of and introduced me to some absolutely brilliant suppliers. We were thrilled with our custom-made rug and my bespoke dressing table is quite honestly one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I’ve ever seen!
